Where volunteers help most
Teaching & tutoring
Support classroom teachers in our Buea and Mamfe schools, run reading groups, or help with holiday catch-up classes.
Vocational trainers
Share a trade — tailoring, carpentry, catering, ICT — or coach young people through their first business plan.
Digital & AI mentors
Run workshops at the AI Community Lab on mobile design tools, branding and practical technology.
Agriculture specialists
Advise farming families on high-yield techniques, soil health and getting produce to market.
Fundraising & grants
Help us write proposals, reach institutional donors and run campaigns from wherever you are.
Skilled remote support
Design, photography, translation, monitoring and evaluation — remote hands make a real difference.

Prepare & arrive
We share an orientation pack covering safeguarding, community norms and logistics in Buea or Mamfe.
Work alongside us
You join a local team — never in place of it — and we review the placement together as it goes.
